Exploring how you communicate and relate with others, TA focuses on better communication techniques improving relationships.

helping the client to focus on finding solutions rather than exploring problems, SFBT tends to be briefer than other models 

My Approach

I will work alongside you while we explore any issues you are struggling with, in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. My aim is to help you to find the best way forward for you.

I use an integrative model, incorporating aspects of various therapeutic models, allowing us to tailor an approach to you and your needs, in a person centered way.

I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship and will look to nurture this while we explore how you see yourself, and look to discover and accept your true self.

About me

…so I committed and made the decision to continue the training and qualify as a counsellor. The journey was challenging and extremely rewarding. My varied life-experience is also a resource I draw upon in other areas of my counselling work.
